Spinning, The YOGA Center @ Pulse, Excellent certified personal trainers, BODY FLOW, BODY ATTACK & BODY PUMP, Indoor swimming pool with an indoor track around the perimiter of the freeweight area & pool, full basketball court racketball courts - with squash lines too! Plus a separate cardio room filled with bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, stair machines & more. Don't forget the separate circuit training room. They also have a boxing clinic too!You've got to visit with a day pass to see everything!!!
